Cannabis Hub usually approves all buyers. That said, buyers who do not follower our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, risk having their account suspended or banned.

Although it is Cannabis Hub’s hope is that everyone who is of legal age is able to join the community, we also understand that some countries may not allow access to Cannabis Hub.

Can I leave reviews on Cannabis Hub?
Yes, reviews are encouraged as they help other community members make more informed decisions and provide value feedback to sellers.

No, unfortunately we do not allow editing of reviews at this moment.

Why hasn’t my review been posted yet?

There may be a few reasons as to why a review has not been posted yet, including awaiting moderator approval, going against Terms of Service, and not adhering to Community Guidelines.

Why was my review removed?

Comments are visible to everyone who visits Cannabis Hub.

Can I follow a user?
Yes, users are able to follow each other. Following others will allow you to receive notifications each time the followed user posts a new listing.

How to follow another user?
Following another user requires having an active account in the marketplace. It then only requires a few clicks:

– Open the profile page of the user you want to follow
– Under the profile picture, click the “Follow Button”.

How to unfollow another user?
You can easily stop to follow another user

– Open your profile page to view all the users you follow
– Under the profile picture of the user you want to unfollow (or from their profile page), click the “Unfollow” button.

What do I need to start posting products on Cannabis Hub?
Posting products on Cannabis Hub is fast, easy, and convenient. In order to post products on Cannabis Hub, you will need to create an account. After you have created an account, you will need to verify your account by email, Cannabis Hub’s administrators will then approve your account, allowing you to post products.

What types of stores are on Cannabis Hub?
Cannabis Hub has stores that are focused on cannabis paraphernalia, including bongs, bubblers, dabbing, grinders, pipes, rolling, storage, vaporizers, and accessories.

Is it free to open a store and post products on Cannabis Hub?
Yes, Cannabis Hub is free for everyone to use.

Is there an approval process for stores?
Yes, in order to keep Cannabis Hub a safe and secure community, there is an approval process for stores. Once a store’s account is created, our administrators will review the profile and approve the store upon successful application. We encourage prospective stores to provide as much information as possible when creating an account so that our administrators have the most information to work with when considering whether or not to allow a potential store to post products on the marketplace.

Do I need to be a designer or developer to use Cannabis Hub?
Nope, Cannabis Hub takes care of all the design and development work on the website. All that is required from store owners is to create their own profile (e.g., user name, profile pictures, profile description).

In what countries can I use Cannabis Hub?
Although it is Cannabis Hub’s hope that everyone who is of legal age is able to join the community, we also understand that some countries may not allow access to Cannabis Hub.

Who can post products on Cannabis Hub?
Cannabis Hub allows stores who sell cannabis paraphernalia (bongs, bubblers, dabbing, grinders, pipes, rolling, storage, vaporizers, and accessories) to post on Cannabis Hub. Before stores are permitted to post on Cannabis Hub, their stores need to be confirmed by Cannabis Hub’s administrators.

Posting Products on Cannabis Hub

What types of products can be posted on Cannabis Hub?
Cannabis Hub’s marketplace is focused on cannabis paraphernalia, including bongs, bubblers, dabbing, grinders, pipes, rolling, storage, vaporizers, and accessories.

Is there an approval process for posting products?
Yes, to ensure the safety and security of the community, all product postings are first reviewed by Cannabis Hub’s moderators.

How long do product posts take to be approved?
It really depends on the volume of products that are being posted on the marketplace, but moderators usually try to approve products within 48 hours of them being initially posted.

How many products can I post on Cannabis Hub?
Cannabis Hub does not limit the number of postings.

Does my product posting expire?
No, at this point Cannabis Hub has not set a time limit on product listings. That said, stores should endeavor to keep their listings up to date as Cannabis Hub moderators may remove listings with broken links, out of date information, etc.

We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with a product listed on our site. We share your concern regarding the quality of items listed or advertised on our site. Our recommendation is to write a review of your personal experience with the product, so that the business is aware and can communicate with you directly. Reviews also help bring awareness to the community.

Given that Cannabis Hub does not own any of the businesses on our site, we unfortunately do not control the items they sell, provide refunds, or resolve issues on their behalf.

We do not own or operate any of the businesses on our site and we do not sell any cannabis products directly. Our goal is to connect buyers and sellers to help people find the right product, at the right store, at the right price.

You can find a variety of items in our marketplace. However, you will have to visit the store’s page directly to purchase these items online or locate retail their locations as regulations vary.
